Cancellation Policy

Account cancellation/ deletion: Our customers can cancel their account whenever with no earlier sign. The customer is under no commitment, and thusly abrogation can be directed whenever through the customer account page. When your solicitation has been gotten, we will cancel your account and will tell you as quickly as time permits this has been finished. Cancelation shall only be approved after written consent of the consumer. We will ask you to return the goods to our warehouse as soon as possible after the cancellation. During the cancelation time the customer has an obligation to take care of the goods.

You will return the product at your own cost to our address below, unless we have shipped the item to you in error or if the item is defective or damaged. In those situations we are going to bear the risk of return.

 If you think any of the products under quality being damaged or provided, please contact our Customer Service team on info@glocalclean.com with a picture of the attached product. If the picture you sent shows that the product is defective or low standard, we will compensate you the cost of the product by checking the same without arranging the collection for the same if necessary.

Remember that the shipping costs are non-refundable. All cancelled orders will only be reimbursed for the full item price, as the invoice will not refund or cancel any service charge or shipping fee applied.

Guidelines to Cancel the Order for Customers:

  • Customers are entitled to a 14-day period of cooling off on all goods sold by info@glocalclean.com as set out above. This will occur within 14 working days (Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays are not counted as working days), after receiving the package.
  • Customers will not have to pay any fees to cancel the order, but would be responsible for the costs of returning the products.
  • You should notify us in written communication of your cancelation. Please address the cancelation or return of the product with our customer service team; staff may recommend alternative ways to solve your problem. However we will cancel your order or accept the returned product as requested if you want to continue.
  • The items must be returned to our address Glocal Clean Ltd, 3rd Floor Vista Business Centre, Salisbury Road Hounslow, TW4 6JQ at your own expense in their original condition (unless we shipped the item to you in error or the item is faulty or defective), as soon as possible after you have terminated the contract.
  • If you do not return the goods or return them at our expense, we reserve the right to impose a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods.
  • If you have cancelled your order or returned some product to our warehouse, please let us know in the contact information above, so that we can process the refund to your account. Refunds will indeed be made within 3-5 working days, following delivery of the product at our warehouse.
  • Please have a note that the shipping costs are non-refundable. All cancelled orders will only be reimbursed for the full item price because the invoice will not reimburse or cancel any service fee or delivery charge that is added.

Terms & conditions about cancellation of the order:

  • Customer shall pay the shipping charge to return the goods to our warehouse.
  • Customer shall be responsible for returning the products to our warehouse.
  • It is the duty of the customer to send the product back in a suitable package for the shipment to meet us in good condition.
  • Customer is entirely responsible until the good goes into our Wearhouse. The charges will be deducted against the refund for any damages during return.

Responsibilities of customer:

  • If you are not pleased with any item, please contact our Customer Service Team by e-mailing or calling our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Please notice that a photo evidence is needed for further quality issues.
  • Consumers are expected to register for approval of the shipment.
